You’ll take the lead on delivering our Fit for Commercial Growth (F4G) digital pillars turning ambitious ideas into clear, structured, and actionable initiatives that support our expansion across EMEA and prepare us for the US. You’ll be the connector at the heart of it all: working across Commercial, Customer Care, IT, QA, and external partners to bring alignment, clarity, and momentum. With an eye for both detail and scale, you’ll translate commercial needs into digital‑first, compliant, and future‑ready solutions that truly elevate the customer experience. Someone who enjoys bringing order to ambiguity, turning digital aspirations into reality, and shaping solutions that are as scalable as they are customer‑centric. 🔧 What you’ll take on In your role, you will: Own the delivery of four key digital pillars, from early scoping through to execution, ensuring clear plans, priorities, and success measures for this year. Turn commercial, customer, and regulatory needs into practical digital solutions across CRM, self‑serve tools, and customer care systems. Improve and optimise core digital platforms, including Salesforce, website self‑serve capabilities, complaint handling workflows, and e‑learning/LMS integrations — making them scalable and future‑ready. Build and enhance digital self‑learning and troubleshooting experiences that help customers, partners, and internal teams work more efficiently. Bring cross‑functional teams together, collaborating closely with internal owners (Kaleido Care, Self‑Serve, Complaints) to keep work aligned and moving. Manage external vendors and solution partners, selecting and guiding them to deliver high‑quality, fit‑for‑purpose digital solutions. Standardise and simplify customer-facing processes, ensuring compliance (ISO13485/MDR), clear documentation, and readiness for training and rollout. Use data and insights to track progress and improve performance, identifying opportunities to streamline the customer journey. Ensure all digital initiatives support our commercial strategy, strengthening our foundations for EMEA scale‑up and future US market readiness.
