About the Role We are looking for a Packaging Compliance & Sustainability Specialist/Manager who will own packaging-related regulatory compliance and environmental claims: PPWR (Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation), EmpCo, EPR schemes, DRS, environmental marketing claims. What you will do PPWR (EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation) implementation EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) scheme management across EU markets Deposit Return Schemes (DRS) compliance Environmental claims substantiation (Green Claims Directive, ASA, ČOI) EmpCo / packaging registries handling What we are looking for 2+ years in packaging regulatory, sustainability compliance or environmental claims Hands-on EU EPR scheme experience (CZ EKO-KOM, multiple EU markets a plus) Working knowledge of PPWR text and implementation timelines Strong written English — drafts compliance documentation and supplier briefs Nice to have Sustainability degree or certification (LCA, ISO 14001) Experience with cross-border (CZ + UK + US + expansion) packaging compliance Track record of Green Claims-compliant marketing approvals What’s in it for you Product: Europe’s fastest-growing food brands that change how people think about food.
