The Role We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive qualified pipeline for our upmarket sales team. This is not a traditional SDR role — you’ll be working within an AI-powered outbound system that already generates warm, high-intent conversations from companies within our ICP. Your role is to convert that interest into qualified meetings, accelerate deal velocity, and proactively engage high-value prospects across multiple channels. You’ll operate at the intersection of human judgment and AI-driven efficiency — owning conversations, not just activity.
