Organisation/Department Our partner is a global energy leader looking for a Manufacturing IT Specialist / Engineer.

Job description Primary IT partner for shopfloor and management Gather & validate business requirements Manage external vendors and delivery quality Drive digital innovation and process optimization Lead software implementation from concept to deployment Manage rollouts and hypercare phases Bridge shopfloor and central IT governance Resolve IT incidents to minimize downtime Conduct system audits and risk assessments Guide & mentor two junior team members

Requirements Degree in IT (or equivalent experience) 3+ years IT support (manufacturing preferred) Fluent English (German is a plus) Hardware & software support IT & OT basics MES, SCADA, HMI, PLC knowledge Industrial cybersecurity principles IIO-T & manufacturing devices AI awareness and application
