Role Purpose
The Senior Brand Manager will lead the Sensodyne Core portfolio, covering toothpaste and toothbrush, with end-to-end accountability for brand strategy, execution excellence, and business delivery.
This role is responsible for driving sustainable brand growth by translating consumer, shopper, and market insights into impactful strategies and activations that strengthen brand equity, accelerate penetration, and deliver market share growth. The role also leads the launch planning and deployment of Sensodyne Pronamel, ensuring strong go-to-market execution across all relevant channels and touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with commercial acumen, executional excellence, and the ability to influence across a broad cross-functional network.
Key Accountabilities
Brand Strategy & Growth Delivery
Lead the annual brand strategy and full-year business planning for the Sensodyne Core portfolio, including toothpaste and toothbrush.
Define and execute growth plans to deliver against top and bottom line, market share, penetration, and brand equity objectives.
Identify and prioritize the right growth levers through strong understanding of category dynamics, consumer behavior, shopper trends, and competitive landscape.
Ensure brand plans are aligned to business priorities and supported by clear performance metrics and actionable execution plans.
Innovation & Launch Excellence
Lead the development and deployment of the marketing mix for the launch of Sensodyne Pronamel.
Ensure strong launch readiness across brand, customer, and channel touchpoints, partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Drive excellence in launch planning, activation, and post-launch performance monitoring to maximize impact and learning.
Consumer-Led Brand Building
Translate consumer and shopper insights into compelling brand propositions, communication strategies, and activation plans.
Bring brand science to life in a clear, relevant, and differentiated way for consumers and customers.
Develop and execute integrated, consumer-centric campaigns across digital, traditional, in-store, and e-commerce channels.
Commercial & Financial Management
Own brand topline and support full P&L delivery through disciplined planning, strong investment choices, and proactive performance management.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact activities.
Track and analyze business and campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize plans and maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Sales, ComEx, Expert Team, Finance, and Supply teams to ensure aligned and effective go-to-market execution.
Lead agency partners and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns and activation plans on time and within budget.
Influence senior stakeholders through strong business cases, clear recommendations, and data-backed decision making.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
MBA or master’s degree preferred.
10–12 years of total professional experience.
Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in brand marketing.
Experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or similarly fast-moving consumer-led categories preferred.
Proven track record in brand building, innovation launches, and delivering strong commercial results.
Experience managing complex cross-functional stakeholders and agency ecosystems.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market, shopper behavior, and consumer landscape highly preferred.
Based in Jeddah preferred.
