岗位职责:

1、产品相关知识、表现和端到端流程(包括关键质量属性(CQAs)和关键工艺参数(CPPs))的主要负责人。负责在工厂层面维护这些知识,并在工厂和全球范围内适当分享;

2、与区域和全球技术团队及工厂其他部门(如QA、QC、工程和生产)联络,确保建立合适的控制举措,并确保在有效控制范围内开展生产;

3、负责并有效交付关键业务目标:

(1) 产品生命周期管理(技术风险评估、工艺控制策略、持续工艺验证、货源变更等)

(2) 包装创新项目

(3) 风险降低/货源变更项目

(4) 工艺能力持续提高以达到预期的PPK

(5) 工艺相关偏差调查和纠正预防措施

(6) 变更控制和风险管理

(7)负责或参与关键工厂指标达成;COGs、VE、商品成本、劣质成本、产量、偏差、可持续性等等;

4、维护并定期回顾产品控制策略(PCS)和技术风险评估(TRA);

5、领导或参与影响产品或生产工艺的变更控制,确保技术变更、重大偏差和调查所需行动能够按时完成;

6、对引入现场的新产品、工艺或物料的清洗过程进行风险评估,并确保实施适当的验证。这包括HBEL、MACO、残留溶剂计算和其他支持清洁验证需求的评估。与生产团队合作开发并执行清洁验证草案,并生成验证报告。

任职资格:

1、化学、制药或相关背景本科或以上学历;

2、3年以上制药生产工作经验,有固体制剂经验优先考虑;

3、良好的工艺理解及分析能力;

4、对GMP管理有充分理解;

5、良好的沟通和人际交往能力,良好的领导能力。
