As a Principal Software Engineer on our GTM Orchestration engineering team, you’ll help design and implement the core systems that power our internal AI platform and revenue engine. From large scale signal processing pipelines to outbound automation and agentic workflows, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency for our go-to-market organization. This role reports into our Head of GTM Engineering & AI with direct investment and visibility from our executive leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and make architectural decisions which impact how we scale and automate our outbound sales processes and drive efficiency for go-to-market teams
- Remain close to the latest advancements and trends in AI and NLP, conducting research and experimentation to drive innovation and stay on the frontier
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define strategy and technical direction for GTMO, and Mesh, our internal AI platform
- Define and promote software engineering best practices, contribute to design and code reviews, improve system observability and performance
What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 12+ years of experience in backend or full stack software development, with a proven track record of building and scaling large scale distributed systems, data pipelines, and AI/NLP powered software products
- Proficiency in Node.js and Typescript preferred, or strong experience with another general purpose backend programming language such as Java, C# or Python
- Strong experience in SaaS application development and cloud environments (GCP, AWS or Azure) with a deep understanding of operational infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, Pubsub, Queues, Storage, etc) and microservice based architectures
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as BigQuery, Postgres, Mongo, Redis
- Experience with natural language processing and foundation large language models such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, etc
- Experience with embeddings & vector databases such as Pinecone, pgvector, etc
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup/scaleup environments with a significant amount of ambiguity and responsibility
- Experience fostering the professional growth and development of team members
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills with the ability to set overall vision, take ownership and drive projects end-to-end
- Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills, with a bias towards action
