Apprenticely is working with our company partner, the Eras Women's Health to add a Medical Assistant Intern to their team in Fayetteville, Arkansas!

Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.

About the role: The Medical Assistant (MA) at Eras Women’s Health is a key member of our clinical support team, working under the direct supervision of the Lead RN and clinical providers. This role is essential to delivering smooth, high-quality patient experiences across routine gynecological visits, in-office procedures, and primary care for women. The MA is the front line of patient interaction — responsible for rooming, vital signs, chart preparation, patient communication, and day-to-day clinical coordination.
