As an Integration Process Owner at Gallagher, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technology. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for driving integration processes from start to finish. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs and technical solutions align perfectly. Here’s how you’ll contribute: Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration processes, ensuring all components work together seamlessly. Collaborate with teams across business, Salesforce, middleware, and external systems to align goals and deliver results. Oversee data flows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. Act as the primary point of accountability, resolving blockers and keeping projects on track. Ensure readiness for testing and production releases, maintaining compliance with governance and audit standards. Your work will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients while fostering collaboration across teams and countries. About you We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex challenges. Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: Experience managing integration processes or coordinating cross-functional IT/business projects. Familiarity with Salesforce, APIs, middleware, and system integrations (technical depth is a plus but not required). A knack for managing end-to-end processes and working with multiple teams and vendors. Strong communication skills—you’ll be comfortable explaining complex issues in simple terms to diverse stakeholders. Experience coordinating testing and validation activities to ensure smooth system interactions. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus.
