Over-Night Crew - GYG Fairy Meadow (10:00pm to 6:00am Shifts)

GYG Fairy Meadow, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Over-Night Crew. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are available for shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
• Prepare and craft authentic Mexican dishes, including burritos and other menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant during overnight hours
• Restock fridges and perform basic food preparation tasks
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the overnight operations

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
