Electrical Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work from planning to closeout. In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership, field teams, and our Estimating Department to drive successful project outcomes. What You’ll Do: Manage the daily demands of multiple electrical construction projects throughout Central and South Florida Work with vendors and subcontractors for timely, coordinated project integration Maintain strong working relationships with General Contractors and other project stakeholders Manage the financial health of projects, including budgets, forecasts, billings, and change orders Support field operations to ensure their success on projects Promote a strong, proactive safety culture Maintain organized project documentation What We’re Looking For: Approach: A willingness to learn, to be challenged, and to excel A willingness to adapt to change and contribute new ideas A willingness to work in our Palm City Office Experience, Skills & Education: 5+ years as a Project Manager, three of which are in commercial electrical contracting Proficiency with Procore & Bluebeam is a plus Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills A BA or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -or- extensive OTJ training in construction management Valid Driver’s License
