Job Post Information* : External Company URL https://www.msa-ps.com/ Location : Postal Code 53704 Location : Address 1702 Pankratz Street Additional Locations US-WI-Baraboo US-IA-Dubuque US-WI-Milwaukee Role Responsibilities Compensation • Administer and maintain compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, and pay ranges aligned with Total Rewards strategy. • Lead data preparation, validation, and analysis for the annual compensation cycle (merit, market adjustments). • Conduct internal equity and market analyses to support consistent, competitive pay decisions. • Provide analytical support and recommendations for off-cycle compensation requests and pay decisions. • Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate compensation changes and program impacts. • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders by delivering compensation insights and structured recommendations. • Collaborate with external compensation consultants to interpret market data and inform salary grade structures. Incentives & Total Rewards Reporting • Support evaluation and continuous improvement of MSA’s Total Rewards programs through data and benchmarking. • Develop Total Rewards reporting and statements that quantify and communicate program value for leadership use. Benefits Analysis • Administer incentive programs, including bonus calculations, audits, and reporting. • Analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and plan performance to identify improvement opportunities. • Conduct financial and impact analyses for new or enhanced benefit offerings. • Support benefits administration processes, including open enrollment setup and testing. • Partner with vendors and brokers to evaluate performance and resolve complex issues. • Provide informed recommendations that align benefits offerings with overall Total Rewards strategy. Compliance & Data Integrity • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA). • Partner with HRIS to maintain data accuracy and optimize compensation and benefits system functionality. • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports that support executive and HR decision-making. What you bring Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience supporting compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or Total Rewards programs. • Strong expertise in compensation practices (market pricing, salary structures, pay equity). • Working knowledge of benefits programs, with the ability to analyze and recommend improvements. • CCP or CBP preferred This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
