Job description

Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide | Outpatient Pediatrics | Full-Time | Borger, texas At H2 Health company, we believe that helping children reach their milestones starts with great teamwork. As a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide in our outpatient pediatric clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting children, families, therapists, and the clinic as a whole. Whether you're starting your healthcare career or bringing experience with you, you'll thrive in our clinician-led, family-focused environment. Our Rehab Techs and Aides assist in the daily flow of pediatric therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a fun, engaging, and supportive care experience for children across a variety of developmental and rehabilitation needs. Your Role: Assist therapists during pediatric treatment sessions to ensure child safety and engagement Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean, welcoming, kid-friendly environment Encourage and motivate children during therapeutic activities and exercises Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation Monitor therapy supplies and assist with daily clinic operations This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on pediatric clinical experience, work side-by-side with licensed therapists, and jumpstart your career in healthcare.

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a healthcare, childcare, education, or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to assist children and move equipment as needed; CPR certification a plus Ability to engage positively with children and families.
