We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Part-time Receptionist to support the daily operations of our office and help create a welcoming, well-organized, and high-performing workplace environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, brings a hospitality mindset, and takes pride in creating smooth day-to-day experiences for employees, candidates, and visitors. You will work closely with the Office Team and play an important role in shaping the first impression and everyday experience of our Budapest office.
What you’ll do
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
- Welcome guests, candidates, and partners in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate meeting rooms and support meeting setups
- Manage visitor access, guest badges, and guest WiFi
- Handle incoming deliveries, packages, and mail
- Handle incoming calls from the building front desk
Office Operations Support
- Help maintain shared office spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms
- Coordinate with service providers (maintenance, couriers, catering, etc.)
- Support inventory tracking and office upkeep
Employee Experience & Community Support
- Support office events and internal community activities
- Assist with team breakfasts, lunches, and company gatherings
- Help prepare onboarding days for new joiners
- Prepare welcome swag packs for new joiners
Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Check the mail, forward invoices and receipts to relevant teams Maintain spreadsheets, vendor lists, and office documentation
- Support basic reporting and operational tracking
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Welcome interview candidates and assist with interview day logistics
- Prepare meeting rooms and onboarding desk setups
- Support access card and equipment coordination
- Help create a smooth and welcoming new joiner experience

Additional information
- Part-time, office-based role with a schedule of 25 hours per week
- You will work closely with the Senior Office Associate and Head of Office Operations
