Job description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead and optimize the operational excellence of our distribution center in Curicó, ensuring traceability, efficiency, and precision from product receipt to the last mile. You will be the fundamental pillar connecting storage, product customization, and reverse logistics to ensure the customer experience meets the highest standards of quality. At PERGOLUX, we are passionate about transforming outdoor living spaces through Scandinavian design and constant innovation. You will be part of an agile, collaborative culture with a global growth vision, where humility, ambition, and excellence drive our daily operations.

Our warehouse is located in Curicó, Chile. This role follows an on-site schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory control, shipping, and the efficient management of returns.
  • Coordinate, plan, and supervise the cutting and modification of pergolas according to customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery under strict quality standards.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes for our own truck fleet and coordinate shipments with external transportation companies, implementing checklists and validations to minimize distribution errors.
  • Maintain rigorous stock control and execute cyclic and periodic inventories, ensuring continuous supply of finished products, spare parts, and consumables for both the warehouse and Santiago facilities.
  • Promote a culture of workplace safety and continuous improvement, supervising compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage while measuring operational success through key indicators like inventory accuracy, OTIF, and picking accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Solid, proven experience in leadership roles within distribution centers, warehouses, or demanding logistical environments, with the ability to manage seasonal demand peaks and container arrivals.
  • Strong skills in transportation and distribution management, including route planning for internal fleets and coordination with external last-mile couriers.
  • Demonstrated ability to control inventory, establish critical stock levels, execute cyclic audits, and manage reverse logistics efficiently.
  • A proactive approach toward workplace safety, organization, and process optimization through continuous improvement methodologies and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to motivate warehouse personnel, develop team versatility, and collaborate seamlessly with the Customer Service and Operations departments.

BENEFITS

  • An international and dynamic work environment in a rapidly growing company with multiple development opportunities.
  • A key role in expanding PERGOLUX’s presence in Chile and making a direct contribution to the company's success.
  • Ergonomic workstations and modern Apple/Windows laptops.
  • Employee events (summer party, after-work gatherings, etc.).
  • Employee discounts on PERGOLUX products.
  • Motivated and supportive colleagues who help each other.
  • Strong focus on professional development and skill acquisition.
  • Free parking close to the office.
  • Complementary health insurance.
