This role will work closely with our UK-based teams and stakeholders on a fully remote basis, aligned to UK working hours, and will be employed via our South African partner, Minpearl.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing structure and organisation to growing teams.
What will you be doing?
- Support the day-to-day running of the People function across the full employee lifecycle
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new starters, ensuring a smooth and organised experience from offer through to induction
- Ensure onboarding documentation, right to work checks, training records and compliance processes are completed accurately and within required timelines
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and internal trackers
- Support with HR administration including contract generation, employee changes, probation documentation and offboarding processes
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and professional support
- Coordinate internal People processes including probation reviews, training records, employee communications and engagement initiatives
- Support managers and the wider People team with administrative and operational tasks as required
- Assist with maintaining People policies, process documents and internal guidance materials
- Support reporting, data tracking and audits to ensure accurate People records and compliance standards are maintained
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to support a positive and efficient employee experience
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, organisation and operational efficiency as the business continues to grow
What do you need?
- Previous experience within a HR administration, People Operations or coordination role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload remotely
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Strong administrative and coordination skills with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Experience using HR systems such as HiBob is advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience supporting remote or international teams is beneficial
