Your role will include: · Assisting with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) · Monitoring and reporting vital signs to the supervising nurse · Providing companionship and emotional support · Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation · Escorting clients to medical appointments or errands · Documenting care and observations accurately
