Job description
Role Summary
Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
- Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
- Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Experienced in Workday HCM configuration, testing, implementation, and HRIS maintenance/support across multiple HR modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, business process workflows, data migration, and security configurations.
- Able to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and engage stakeholders across regional projects.
- Passionate about HR digital transformation and delivering best-practice Workday solutions to clients.
- Candidates with prior experience in supporting Workday HRIS operations, Application Management Services (AMS), or post-go-live maintenance and support activities are also encouraged to apply.
