Payroll & Operations Specialist

We are currently looking for a Payroll & Operations Specialist to join our HR & Operations team and support our growing organizational needs Key Responsibilities Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation Support HR operations processes and employee lifecycle activities Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required

Bachelor’s degree 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Operations Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good understanding of HR systems and payroll processes (ATS/HRIS is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
