Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve company sales goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and negotiate and close sales deals.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues and inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and represent the company.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
