Job Opportunity: Risk & Compliance Lawyer – Hong Kong

We are seeking a skilled Risk & Compliance Lawyer to join our Legal Department in Hong Kong. This role plays a key part in managing the firm’s risk exposure and advising on business acceptance, conflicts of interest, client due diligence, sanctions, and broader regulatory and ethical matters across Asia and globally.

You will work closely with partners and colleagues at all levels, providing clear, commercial advice on complex issues, supporting AML and conflicts processes, advising on client engagement terms, and contributing to training and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you: You are a qualified lawyer admitted in a common law jurisdiction, with strong analytical and drafting skills, a pragmatic and commercial mindset, and the confidence to influence across a global firm. Experience in risk, compliance or business acceptance within a leading international law firm is advantageous.
