This role sits within our Product Analytics Centre of Excellence, a team at the forefront of driving data-led decision making across the business.
As a Customer Insights Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with product, pricing, and performance teams, you’ll help uncover opportunities, optimise outcomes, and influence decisions that directly impact customer experience and business performance.
If you enjoy solving problems, working end-to-end, and seeing your insights drive real change, this is a role where you can make a tangible difference.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor product performance and identify key trends
Develop predictive models and forecasts to support optimisation and future decisioning
Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations
Continuously improve analytics, reporting, and data processes to drive better customer and commercial outcomes
What we’re looking for
Exceptional experience with SQL, SAS and data manipulation tools, with exposure to Python or similar for modelling (Python is nice to have)
Proven experience building dashboards and visualisations (e.g. Tableau, Power BI - nice to have)
Pragmatic and outcome-focused, with the ability to navigate complex data and isolate key trends that drive clear, actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
Proactive, curious, and commercially minded, with a passion for using data to drive impact
What’s in it for you?
Discounted ING Health Insurance
An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing
An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
