Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and HRIS data
  • Coordinate and manage daily employee transport arrangements and logistics
  • Draft and process employment agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and other HR documentation
  • Handle monthly payroll coordination and ensure timely salary disbursement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and benefits
  • Support performance review cycles and maintain appraisal documentation
  • Organize team engagement activities, onboarding sessions, and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks and office management as needed
  • 6–7 months of relevant experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and serious about building a long-term career in HR
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with or willingness to learn HRIS and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
