  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
