Job description

Role Summary

Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
  • T eam Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
  • Certifications: SuccessFactors Certification (required).
