Role Summary Provide senior leadership across strategic transformation, combining advisory consulting, transformation design and delivery oversight to ensure strategy is translated into clear, executable outcomes. The Role Lead transformation engagements across advisory and delivery, shaping direction, structuring programmes and ensuring alignment between strategy, architecture and execution What you’ll be doing Lead strategic transformation engagements and programmes Shape transformation direction, roadmaps and delivery approaches Lead advisory and discovery work with senior stakeholders Align strategy, operating model, architecture and delivery Oversee delivery of transformation workstreams and programmes Facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and decision-making Line manage and develop consultants within the capability Contribute to capability development, methods and frameworks Support account growth, proposals and pre-sales activity Our Values Our values sit at the heart of everything we do: Partnership: We work with you, not for you. Significant experience in strategy, transformation or consulting roles Experience leading transformation programmes or major workstreams Strong understanding of operating models, capability design and architecture Experience operating in advisory roles with senior stakeholders Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills Experience managing and developing teams Desirable: Higher education or student lifecycle transformation experience Exposure to enterprise architecture or capability modelling Consultancy or transformation environment experience
