Experience in product development and sourcing, especially in sporting goods Strong analytical skills and multi-task Ability to work independently and lead projects. Open minded and able to connect quickly in complex and intercultural environment Excellent negotiation and organizational skills Good communication skills in English Responsibiliteis Product Development Execution : Oversee the entire product development process, product costing, ensuring adherence to seasonal calendars and timely sample delivery. Vendor Sourcing Management : Suppliers sourcing management based on guidelines, collaborate on tasks, and drive performance expectations.
