Join our QA team as a Sr Analyst and execute testing strategies that will contribute to the project success. With a customer-centric perspective, you'll apply best practices and quality assurance techniques while supporting the continuous improvement of testing processes. You'll develop comprehensive test scenarios, mentor junior QA resources, and serve as a reliable point of contact for quality-related decisions.Successful candidates will excel in communication, prioritization, and analytical thinking. This position values individuals who can balance multiple testing priorities while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders, developers, and business teams. You'll contribute to the evolution of testing excellence through hands-on expertise and peer support.
What you'll do:
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Communicate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to define testing scope
- Analyze technical documents to identify test scenarios and develop positive and negative test cases
- Build and maintain test suite based on newly added or changes in existing functionalities with clear expected results and test data
- Prioritize and execute test execution based on assigned priorities
- Identify and assess impact of changes
Leadership & Collaboration
- Participates actively in the Agile development lifecycle to best position the test strategy for the application at hand; comfortable and familiar with Agile concepts, process and scrum teams
- Performs analysis on business requirements / user stories and produce testing documents / test cases as required
- Support and peer-review tasks of other QA resources - Promotes team work and collegiality in the work environment
- Report testing progress to QA Lead and and escalate risks affecting deadlines or quality
- Propose solutions and improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide client testing support and training as required
What you bring:
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in QA, including 2 + years in a senior role
- Demonstrate the ability to understand client needs and requirements from a quality assurance and testing perspective, ensuring solutions align with external customer expectations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience in interface testing
- Knowledge or experience in pension plan administration
Requirements:
- Actively engages in the Agile development lifecycle to strategically position the test approach; well-versed in Agile principles & processes.
- Ability to put oneself in the shoes of our clients (understanding what external clients expect from tests).
- Curious, disciplined, creative.
- Attention to detail, analytical mind - Desire to learn new things & understand how systems work
- Use a combination of concepts (ideas, strategies, methodologies from learning and past experience) and data (facts, information from research and investigation) to approach problems in a structured manner.
- Clear and constructive communication with stakeholders.
- Able to communicate with technical and non-technical people.
- Do not compromise on quality.
