Job Description:
Length of term: 4 months September- Dec. 2026
In Person: This co-op opportunity is fully in person as an essential employee on site.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Facilities Coordinator, Co-op will support the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team, Workplace Solutions and provide on-site support to business partners with facilities requests, moves and general services.
What will you do?
Assist the Facilities Manager in building management
Ensure completion of work requests in a satisfactory manner
Building Condition reviews
AutoCAD updates to floor plans
Attend strategy and project meetings for major initiatives and construction projects
Work and assist other groups within CRE
Opportunity to work with other business units within Sun Life on specific projects (GIGS)
What do you need to succeed?
Enrolment in a Facilities Management or Design program
AutoCAD fluency
Flexibility to manage in a quickly changing environment
Microsoft Office familiarity (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint)

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
