Job Description

1.管理新產品導入,確保符合公司流程,使新產品順利量產 2.管理新產品試產備料 & 來料異常處理執行率 3.改善生產異常,建立Lessons Learned 避免再發 4.督導所屬各項作業的正確性 (e.g. ECN變更/專案管理,如期正確導入) 5.接待客戶來訪工廠工作 (多益成績>600分) 6.跨部/中心單位溝通協調, 找出解決問題的最佳方案 7.優化各項專案推動的準時完成率, 使專案依計劃如期完成 8.主管交辦事項
