The IT Specialist is a key player in digitalization activities by developing and maintaining software and systems in Radiometer Turku Operations.  

This position reports to the Senior Manager, IT & Automation and is part of the Operations Engineering department located in Turku and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Innovate and create new digital tools together with internal customers
• Collaborate both with local teams as well as with global IT community
• Maintain existing tools and develop their monitoring
• Improve software development and testing processes
• Expand your role based on your interests and competence

The essential requirements of the job include:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Sciences

• 3+ years work experience of developer / IT work in industrial setting, preferably from a regulated business
• Hands-on experience of CI/CD pipeline management, code versioning, software testing etc. and technical documentation
• Excellent written and spoken Finnish, excellent written and spoken English
• Fluent with Python, SQL and C#

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• AI/ML applications, PBI
• Laboratory Information Management System
• Technical documentation
