As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, coordinating the team schedule, and supporting the smooth operation of the department. What you’ll do Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues when necessary Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations Train and guide housekeeping employees to maintain service quality Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort environment, ideally in a 5* hotel environment Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and team management skills Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
