We are seeking a passionate R&D Cosmetics Formulator to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing cosmetic formulations from concept to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design and execution of all the research, development and scale-up activities in order to deliver an innovative and robust cosmetic formula Constant updating and upgrading knowledge on legislative developments regarding the cosmetic science Work directly with cross-functional teams such as Global Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement Review and evaluate stability, compatibility and safety testing results Optimize existing formulations Supervision of the Scale-up of the product Cooperation with external partners in developing cosmetic products Strong problem solving input

At least 5-10 yrs of professional experience in formulating cosmetic products Knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, active ingredients in cosmetic formulations Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, M.S. Degree preferred Lab and scale-up experience Familiarity with Cosmetic Regulations and safety requirements Demonstrate strong formulation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and organization Creative and innovation-driven mindset Team spirit, excellent oral and communicational skills, reliability
