Min. 6 month experience related to customer service role Passionate in sport Customer centric mindset Strong business mindset Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, data organization, basic analysis) Solid knowledge of sports products Energetic, responsible, proactive, and well-organized Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Willing to work weekends and public holidays (5 days a week) Proficiency in English is an advantage Job Description Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints regarding our products and services. Delivering the best users experience by providing accurate information, swift assistance, and empathetic solutions. Managing the issue across all platforms, including the refund, return, and exchange processes. Coordinating with different departments to ensure the satisfaction of Decathlon Indonesia's customers.
