As a Sous Chef, you are an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests. You will play a key role within the culinary management team, helping lead and inspire the kitchen. You bring a passion for cuisine, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for planning, organize, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency
Ensure compliance with all sanitation standards set by Four Seasons, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across all kitchen operations
Support and lead team members in delivering exceptional culinary experiences
What You Bring:
You have three to five years of experience in a culinary or Food & Beverage line role, or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position
You bring a strong background in Italian cuisine, with knowledge of regional Italian specialties
Michelin-star or Italian fine dining experience is preferred
You are a collaborative team player with strong leadership potential
You will report directly to the Executive Chef
