About the Role:
Working closely with the Group HR Director and Resort Management Team, you will support the day-to-day operational delivery of HR across the Resort, providing professional guidance and practical support across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on and visible role where you will:
- Build strong working relationships with Managers and teams across the Resort.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team member retention initiatives.
- Provide proactive employee relations advice and support.
- Coach and guide Managers through people matters and best practice processes.
- Support employee wellbeing, engagement, and development initiatives.
- Help drive a positive workplace culture aligned to our Vision & Mission.
- Support wider HR projects, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our HR Team, you will:
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding activity across the Resort.
- Partner with Managers to support performance management, absence management, employee relations matters, and team development.
- Support and coach Managers through formal HR processes and best practice.
- Support payroll coordination and people administration processes.
- Deliver a positive onboarding and probationary experience for new team members.
- Support engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives across the Resort.
- Maintain HR systems, records, and compliance processes in line with employment legislation and GDPR requirements.
- Support HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a trusted and approachable HR presence across the Resort.
Hours of Work:
- Full-time position
- Flexibility will be required in line with the operational needs of the business.
Salary:
Circa £40,000 per annum depending on experience
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced HR professional with strong operational HR knowledge.
- Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Have previous experience managing employee relations cases confidently and professionally.
- Be approachable, professional, and highly organised.
- Thrive in a fast-paced people-focused environment.
- Be confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Have excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Be proactive, solution-focused, and commercially aware.
- Be passionate about team member wellbeing, engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
