Responsibilities The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and operational strategy of designated business units within the organization. This role encompasses P&L responsibility, compliance with regulatory standards, and the implementation of the organizational mission and values across all operational touchpoints. Key Performance Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, and implement all administrative and program operations. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and all state and federal regulations. Maintain financial oversight, ensuring effective stewardship of resources. Set tone for accountability driving self and others for results. Develop an effective leadership team through ongoing feedback and training. Communicate the organizational vision and key initiatives and ensure implementation throughout the program. Lead the development and execution of programs that facilitate exceptional and safe patient care and healing. Engage with community and partnership stakeholders to enhance program delivery. Recruit, engage, and develop talent across various operational teams, including clinical, nursing, and administrative staff. Foster a vibrant work environment that promotes staff retention and operational excellence. Balance local operational needs with enterprise-wide goals, demonstrating maturity and resilience in decision-making. Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/credential and leadership experience (one of the following): Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study AND at least five (5) years of leadership experience in operations/management within the behavioral health industry; OR Relevant clinical specialty certification AND at least six (6) years of leadership experience in operations/management within the behavioral health industry. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or a clinical specialty preferred. Compensation for this role ranges from $180,000k - $220,000k, depending on education and experience. Sign On Bonus & Relocation Allowance offered. An individual’s pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
