Associate Dentist – Riverbend Family Dental Care (Edmonton, AB)

Riverbend Family Dental Care is seeking a motivated and collaborative Associate Dentist to join our established, family-oriented practice in Edmonton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment with strong mentorship and the ability to grow your own patient base.
About the Opportunity
- Schedule: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday + 2 Saturdays/month
- Opportunity to work independently on designated days (Fridays)

Riverbend Family Dental Care is a well-established, multi-generational practice with a strong reputation in the community. The clinic has recently undergone team rebuilding with a renewed focus on collaboration, patient experience, and long-term growth.
- 9 operatories (2 dedicated DDS chairs, 4 hygiene chairs)
- Fully digital and paperless environment (Dentrix PMS)
- Advanced technology including panoramic imaging; future CBCT planned
- Multicultural patient base in a desirable, accessible Edmonton location with on-site parking
- Stable, long-tenured hygiene team and growing associate base
Clinical Scope
The practice supports a broad scope of dentistry and offers opportunities to expand skills:
Current Services:
- General (bread-and-butter) dentistry
- Basic endodontics
- Invisalign
- Implant dentistry
Preferred (but not required):
Advanced oral surgery (e.g., impacted thirds)
Complex endodontics
Removable prosthodontics (dentures)
Nitrous sedation available
Support & Mentorship
- Collaborative working environment aligned with the Partner’s clinical vision
- Mentorship available for clinical development and case support
- Strong hygiene and RDA support

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
