Job description

This role reports to the Global Ecommerce Director.

We are looking for a commercially-driven Ecommerce Manager to join the Frette North America team and own the end-to-end operation of the ecommerce channel. This is a high-impact role for an entrepreneurial operator who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive profitable growth.

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for leading commercial strategy and driving profitable growth across

Frette.com and H by Frette in North America. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial and with a growth mindset, able to make informed data-driven decisions, and proactive in identifying and testing new opportunities to move the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Ownership

  • Take commercial ownership of the NA ecommerce channel, develop and execute strategies to drive full-

price sales, improve conversion, and grow customer value.

  • Drive the commercial calendar in partnership with Merchandising and Marketing.
  • Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities — bring ideas to the table, design tests, and iterate

based on results.

Site Performance and Analytics

  • Track and monitor performance across online sales channels including revenue and web KPIs from SFCC,

Google Analytics, and other analytic tools.

  • Leverage data to form clear points of view and action plans — you will be supported by a business analyst,

but you will need to interpret data independently, draw insights, and translate findings into strategic

recommendations and prioritized actions.

Site Content and Online Merchandising

  • Own the website content calendar, partnering with Digital Marketing and Creative teams to ensure timely,

on-brand site content that supports commercial priorities and creates a seamless site experience.

  • Lead the online merchandising strategy for the region, optimizing homepage, product pages, category

pages, navigation, and internal site search.

Site Maintenance & Optimization

  • Continuously monitor and identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience through site

optimization, AI and onsite tools, A/B testing, and CRO — always with conversion rate and AOV in mind.

  • Lead a proactive testing program — design experiments, define hypotheses, analyze results, and deliver

actionable insights that inform the commercial roadmap.

  • Manage third-party partners including the web development and SEO agency — set clear briefs, hold

partners accountable to deliverables, and regularly evaluate whether partnerships remain the right fit;

proactively explore new models of collaboration and ways of working.

  • Partner with Digital Marketing and SEO agency to execute site updates for optimal search and GEO

performance.

  • Own sprint planning and project prioritization in partnership with the EU team; responsible for UAT & QA

and maintaining development budgets.

  • Point of escalation for all site issues — identify friction points in the customer journey, implement fixes,

and plan for future enhancements.

Cross-Functional Teams Collaboration

  • Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Logistics,

IT, Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, etc. to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.

  • Collaborate with CRM, Customer Service and Marketing to develop and execute customer acquisition and

retention ideas.

•Regularly share industry insights and competitive analysis with internal teams.

Leadership

  • Build and lead an effective team (2 direct reports), fostering a collaborative and supportive working

environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in e-commerce
  • Experience working in Salesforce Commerce Cloud required.
  • Experience in GA4 and/or other web analytic tools required.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Monday.com.
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — you take

initiative, move fast, and make data-informed decisions under pressure.

  • Great team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven experience managing third-party partners including development and SEO agencies, with

familiarity with release and deployment processes.

  • Knowledge of industry trends, new technologies and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with a drive for excellence in everything you deliver.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity is a plus.

The Salary Range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 per year.
