Working Student Music (m/f/x)

For our office in Berlin (Kreuzberg), we are looking for you as part time (two days per week) Working Student (m/f/x) in our music department in a fixed term contract.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of music department tasks across all markets

• Coordinate artist gifting initiatives across multiple markets

• Gather and manage delivery information accurately and efficiently

• Collect and organize product and gifting orders

• Package and dispatch orders in a timely manner

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of contemporary music culture with a genuine passion for music

• Highly organized with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable approach to work

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Word or similar productivity tools

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Figma, or similar creative software tools

• Fluent in English
