Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Research to ensure exceptional client experience. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship from onboarding and reporting to payment coordination and ongoing support.
In addition, as part of the Research Department within the Global Securities Class Action team, this position will support research initiatives designed to deepen our understanding of the market, clients, and competitive landscape. This role will also contribute to thought leadership, sales enablement, and strategic research that helps guide business decisions.
Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and accounts
Manage client onboarding, reporting, communications, and ongoing support
Monitor key deadlines, filings, deficiency responses, and data-related requests to ensure timely action
Advocate for clients and help maximize claims outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service and client satisfaction
Provide regular updates and reporting to clients
Help ensure timely payments and communicate distributions clearly
Support contract renewals and recurring client meetings, including business reviews
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
Contribute to department initiatives, best practices, and team collaboration
Market Research Analyst Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy
Identify target markets, client segments, and industry trends
Support research projects related to the global securities class action landscape
Assist with thought leadership, written content, and research-based insights
Provide market intelligence to support sales enablement and business development
Build knowledge of client needs, market issues, and company solutions
Support the Research and Client Services teams with ongoing projects and day-to-day needs
Qualifications:
5+ years of class action experience
Significant experience in project management, client management, and/or account management
Comprehensive understanding of securities class action plan allocations, as well as deficiency and audit processes and requirements
Experience with securities trading, including equity, debt, and derivative securities
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders and, ideally, at conferences
Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly and effectively
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Interest in financial services, market intelligence, and the global securities class action space
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, legal studies, communications, or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in research, strategy, sales support, financial services, or a related area
Familiarity with preparing presentations, summaries, and research-driven business materials
Curiosity about clients, markets, competitors, and industry trends
Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
