You will serve as a Finance Business Partner for the Shanghai manufacturing facility, providing financial insights and decision support for a key production site in our global supply chain, driving operational efficiency.
What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including cost analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to support management decision-making at the Shanghai facility
- Manage monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Lead financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Collaborate closely with finance teams in Shenzhen and Guangzhou to ensure consistency in financial processes and share best practices
- Build strong partnerships with Operations departments to provide financial insights that support business decisions
- Identify cost savings opportunities and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare and present financial reports, communicating key financial metrics and trends to management
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QAD, or similar)
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools
• Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial reports and reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• English; Written and verbal communication skills
