For a new platform that will replace our 4 legacy enterprise systems we are looking for Business Analysts to join our Agile teams. We are looking for X5 analysts who think across business and technology, who can hold their own in a trade-off conversation with developers, and who use dedicated AI tools as part of how they work, not as a buzzword. What you will do: • Run stakeholder workshops and interviews together with the Designer and PO. • Map AS-IS processes, including the messy ones nobody ever documented properly. • Mine legacy systems to surface real pain points, when applicable. • Model TO-BE processes in BPMN 2.0. • Define business rules, data flows, and integration touchpoints. • Validate technical feasibility with developers and architects. • Refine user stories and write acceptance criteria. • Validate business logic in working increments and update documentation as decisions evolve. • Support QA on test scenarios and UAT.
