Job description
- Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to all guests and clients
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager and the Supervisors in the overall operations of the bar
- Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced, high-volume venue.
- Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making and beverage production, spirits, wine and beer and know what is on-trend.
- Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Adaptable and able to multi-task.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
- Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must have RSA certificate.
