Responsibilities
Reporting to TWHK Cluster Sales Director.
Leading Sales Team covering all key accounts, e-commerce, direct and wholesalers’ channel to drive end to end sales strategies to reach business goals.
Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve the annual sales targets and objectives.
Provide direction and supervise sales team on implementation of sales strategies to react on market change.
Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
Control and maximize the effectiveness of sales budget.
Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines.
- 10+ years FMCG Sales experience, with min 5 years of leadership experience.
- Passionate, proactive, and sales-driven candidate with can-do attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
