Job description

Your Role

  • Lead and coordinate the start-up of new installations, process changes, and industrial improvements, ensuring smooth implementation and achievement of performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and technical standards to ensure process consistency and preserve site know-how.
  • Analyze and optimize production processes, driving efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design and execute trials and tests to validate new processes and improvements, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Contribute to efficiency and productivity actions, supporting cross-functional initiatives and committees.
  • Ensure integration of safety requirements in new and existing equipment, actively contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Stay updated on process technologies and methodologies, leveraging internal networks, suppliers, and external benchmarks.
  • Implement technical controls and monitoring systems to improve material efficiency and process performance.

Your Experience

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in production, process engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product characteristics.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Team player with an ambitious and continuous improvement mindset.
