Fully qualified lawyer / in-house lawyer m/f/d

We are seeking a fully qualified lawyer / in-house counsel m/f/d to join the central legal department within the Corporate Legal & Compliance division of the Phoenix Contact Group as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be interested in supporting the expansion of a globally active family-owned company , both in its relationships with customers and suppliers and in terms of establishing efficient internal structures.

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts in both German and English for both sales and purchasing You enjoy working in technology-related fields , including product compliance In addition, you will be responsible for providing legal support for license agreements , development agreements , and other contracts related to intellectual property You will also contribute to improving internal processes and structures to strengthen the legal certainty of the business You assess legal risks and develop measures to minimize them Following a structured onboarding process into your responsibilities, you will advise the departments assigned to you with a high degree of autonomy Collaborating with legal professionals at international locations is also part of your responsibilities as the Legal Department continues to expand globally

You have completed your legal training with above-average grades Several years of professional experience in the legal department of an industrial company or a business law firm is required You have a friendly , outgoing personality , enjoy working in a team, and can present complex issues in a clear and audience-oriented manner You’re a good fit for us if you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and feel at home in dynamic work environments and situations Business-level English proficiency rounds out your profile
