Leading commercial sales performance across Spanish-speaking markets, with a primary focus on Spain and Latin America – owns regional revenue target, drives new advertiser acquisition, builds senior media agency relationships, and leads local sales team to deliver strong pipeline conversion and revenue growth
Your responsibilities
Lead the sales strategy for Spanish-speaking markets, focused on Spain and LatAm
Own and deliver regional sales target building new and growing current advertiser and partner relationships
Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline across priority sectors
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities across Spain and LatAm that can unlock incremental media revenue
Build senior relationships with media agencies, advertisers, tourism boards, brands, and relevant strategic partners
Lead and develop the regional sales team, setting clear objectives, coaching team members, and driving performance
Identify and pursue cross-platform sales opportunities across multiple OpCos assets
Translate central commercial strategy into a clear go-to-market plan for Spain and LatAm
Work with central Commercial, Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to package and sell opportunities effectively, while maintaining existing advertisers and partnerships
Report on regional sales performance, including revenue delivery, pipeline health, conversion, partnership opportunities, and team performance
Your skills, experience and qualifications
10+ years of media sales experience, ideally across digital, travel, aviation, retail media, or multi-market advertising environment
5+ years in a leadership role, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
Proven experience in cross-platform selling – digital, VOD (Video on Demand), press, OOH/DOOH
Proven experience identifying, structuring, and closing strategic media partnerships with advertisers, agencies, tourism boards, brands, or commercial partners
Strong senior media agency connections within Spain, with the ability to open doors and influence senior decision-makers
Deep understanding and experience in the Spanish-speaking advertising markets, especially Spain and LatAm
Strong commercial judgment across pricing, negotiation, pipeline management, deal closing, partnership management, and advertiser retention
Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with central vs local teams
