Forklift Material Handler

We are seeking dynamic and results driven Production Operators to join our Building and Finishing Haines City team.

**Forklift Material Handler - Responsibilities**

• Operate forklift to load, unload trucks, and transport materials between departments and buildings
• Verify inbound and outbound materials (raw materials, finished products, supplies) against bills of lading and shipping documents; report discrepancies to supervisor
• Pull finished products from inventory, assemble orders, and prepare for shipment in accordance with company policy and customer requests
• Select, pack, and wrap products for shipment as needed
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory verifications; maintain accurate records of shortages, damages, and exceptions
• Perform day-to-day shipping and receiving activities to achieve On-Time-Shipping goals
• Maintain work location in excellent condition to comply with company safety and housekeeping policies
• Participate in Sika Safe program and comply with all safety standards outlined by company policy
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor and shipping team with warehouse management, scanning, and inventory control
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor and team lead

**Required Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Minimum one year of forklift operation experience
• 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as necessary
• Working knowledge of PC systems and applications (SAP experience preferred)
