Chennai, supporting the development and improvement of our enterprise document management
processes and system.

Your New Team: Operational Excellence (Chennai)
You will join a team of Business Analysts based in Chennai, working as part of Ramboll’s
Global Operational Excellence function.
The team plays a key role in improving how Ramboll delivers projects by strengthening process,
systems, and consistent ways of working across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Copenhagen, Denmark and across Ramboll’s global
business areas, supporting the Document Management Process Owner and working with
stakeholders across operations, IT, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Ramboll’s document
management and operational processes
- Capture, structure, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Analyze current process and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
- Contribute to user-centric solutions by gathering and incorporating feedback from end-
users
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs
and quality standards
- Support system implementations and enhancements in collaboration with IT and external
vendors
- Maintain clear and structured documentation (requirements, process, test cases, system
changes)
- Engage with stakeholders across regions to support alignment and adoption of new
solutions.
- Contribute to broader Operational Excellence initiatives, where document management
intersects with project delivery and business processes.
Who You Are
You bring a strong foundation in business analysis combined with a structured and collaborative
way of working
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Information Management, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT
- Experience supporting system implementations or enhancements
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and IT
solutions
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with document management systems or enterprise platforms
- Exposure to project management methodology such as PRINCE2/PMP
- Exposure to project-based or engineering/consultancy environments
- Basic understanding of data protection or information security concepts
- Familiarity with system integrations (e.g. document systems and collaboration tools)
